These people are so rude and unprofessional. They broke my $60 phone that they charged me $25 to put a new screen on when I bought the screen on my own and brought it in in the first place. After they put the new screen on the phone would overheat so bad that it felt like it would catch on fire in your hand. They refunded the $25 but then I was stuck with a $60 phone that didn't work and they were too lazy to even look into why. The next night I had to go out and buy another phone to replace what they messed up. The girl that's always behind the counter can't even answer a single question about the business. She obviously doesn't know anything about it and she's extremely rude. They bribed my boyfriend to fix an Xbox disk drive just so I would take down my last review explaining why it's such a bad business. I decided to give them one more chance but this last time going in there they once again provided horrible customer service. The owner even asked my boyfriend to go outside to fight. He claims to have fixed a $60 Xbox (when I got home I looked up how much an Xbox 360 disk drive cost and its only around $20, so he didn't fix a "$60" problem) but he must not remember breaking a $60 phone of ours the previous week. He's also switched out certain parts of the new phone and put in parts from the old phone so he could keep the new ones for his business. Then his wife told me I was lucky I was pregnant or she would hit me. I work in customer service and this is definitely not ok. I was referred to this business by my sister who has had multiple transactions with them. I was told by my sister that they allowed you to provide your own iPhone screen when getting a screen repaired. I visited them on 7/10/2019. I let them know that I wanted to get my screen fixed and that I was providing my own screen. They told me that they didn't allow outside screens. I let them know that my sister referred me and "JP" an employee at the business allowed you to provide your own screen. They said ok they would go ahead and replace it, give them an hour to complete it. I returned to establishment to find that they were unable to use the screen. I told them that was fine and I would return to get it fixed. They had yet to put my original screen back on so I had to wait about 10 minutes. I told them that was fine I would wait. I went on to request that they give me some type of notation that they had taken my phone apart in case it wasn't put back together correctly. The manager/owner I suppose "Magic" said that they could not do that. He gave no valid reason for this. I told him that this was not good customer service as they had good reviews posted throughout the store and that I would be leaving a review of mine own about the bad service that I was receiving. He went on to ask was I threatening them?!?!? I said "No I said that I would be leaving a review about how you handled me as a customer". I dropped my phone on a Sunday when most places happened to be closed. I found C&C Repair on Google. They were one of only a few places that happened to be open. My Samsung Galaxy S6 active (inside an otter box defender case) didn't pass the, fall from a vanity sink, test! With the military rating protection it claims AND the best otterbox case...... phone didn't hold up to its hype. Although nothing looked wrong with it when I picked it up, it was broken. It slowly developed a faint (at first) purple smudge looking spot on the edge of the screen. Figuring if that was all that was wrong with it, and my touch screen still worked, I would be OK with it. NOPE! As time ticked by, the faint purple smudged spread like a virus over the screen. Even got so dark I could no longer see the screen in places. The LCD was broken!! I had to google places for repair. C & C repair had the best reviews. (Almost a perfect 5 star rating!!) I figured I would drop off my phone and go purchase a prepaid to use until my S6 got fixed. To my surprise, they provided a loaner phone for me to use in the mean time! I am impressed! They were cheaper than most of the few that were open AND they saved me from having to purchase a spare phone! They have Friendly employees and made me very happy!
