Let me introduce you to one of Gainesville’s hidden gems! Remedy distillery is a fantastic little place that more people need to know about. If you are even reading this, your answer is yes, yes you should go and check this place out. It’s very nicely appointed, incredibly clean, has a very nice bar and lounge area inside, along with a great outdoor area with fire pits, outdoor lighting and a TV to play the game or something while you relax. Some outdoor games too.

Ralph and Keith are down to earth guys that will happily take their time to chat with you, share their story and talk about their love, their distillery and the Bourbon making craft.

They make several, small batch Bourbons that are all very drinkable, nice sipping Bourbons. They even have a cocktail selection featuring their Bourbons that’s probably 9-12 different cocktails which are all really nice! I recommend Grandmas Secret Cider, Apple Cider and their Remedy Red cinnamon Bourbon. This is an excellent little hang out on a fall evening like we just enjoyed. Grab some food from the BBQ joint next door or BYOF and relax outside by the fire pit, sampling their different drinks and cocktails. They give a free tasting of each of their Bourbons and you won’t regret coming to Remedy. Once you’ve been here, you’ll definitely want to come back.

Wow!! What a hidden gem we just found! We live here in Gainesville and had no idea this place even existed. Tucked away in an area you'd never expect that's part of a fantastic revitalization zone, you'll find this distillery that doesn't disappoint. The bourbons are delicious and smooth, free tastings, and a nice cocktail offering at VERY reasonable prices. Something for every palate. You can tell the owner/owners equally love and believe in this business they've created. One of them, Keith said "I've finally found what I truly love to do" and it's obvious. And for any of you that care...it's appointed and decorated beautifully inside! The outside has a great covered area with fire pits and a tv. They also have corn hole if that's your thing. They didn't have a lot of customers and I have NO idea why....this place is really great! What an amazing representation of local business owners doing it right! P.s. restrooms...

We love love love Remedy! This family-owned gem crafts the most incredible Peach and Blackberry bourbon that you simply must try. It's one of our favorite spots to frequent because the cocktails are not only delicious but also affordable, making it a fantastic choice for a night out. The laid-back atmosphere is perfect for hanging out with friends, and I couldn't resist picking up a bottle of every flavor they offer.
