McAvoy’s Cafe — Restaurant in Flowery Branch

Fantastic smash burgers and fries! Many specialty burger options, but I simply love a classic cheeseburger and they did it perfectly. The fries are excellent, but it turns out their potato salad is pretty special too. The owner and his sons are very eager to please. We will keep going back. We need to try some of there sandwich options.

Great smash burgers! Enter at the big sign. You will see directions. The burgers were made fresh to order so there was a little bit of a wait. A true smash burger! I got the OG. And my son got the hangover. The fries were an extra charge. They were hand cut and cooked in beef tallow. Very delicious! There was plenty of seating and they got a 100 on inspection. We will definitely be back. I want to try one of their sandwiches...

The building this place is part of used to be a huge surplus store. This cafe is one of several establishments including a distillery, a gym, and a store. I did not know it was there.
