LONG rant!!
My husband and I went in to find him a light jacket. We found ones that he liked. They only had 4 of the same kind hanging on that rack, 3 different sizes. The first one he looked at was too big, so he hung it back on the rack (XXL). He found a large and tried it on. It fit, but did not have a tag. We looked at the XXL hanging there. Had a sales tag on it that said $44.99. Perfect! Went to checkout. Cashier looked it up online because we told her that was the only large back there. She rang it up. Showed $60.00. We told her the other one back there had a sales tag on it. She calls another lady up there to go to that rack where they were hanging. It took her 10 minutes. TEN! To find the rack. We could see where they were from the register. Never seen her over there! She FINALLY came back and walking from a different area than where the jackets were hanging. She said she "found" a large hanging. We checked every tag while we stood there, not hangers, to find an XL before trying the large. There was only 1 large when we looked at the only 4 jackets hanging there. Finally my husband said to forget it and walked away. Refusing to let it go, I walked back there myself. The XXL was no longer hanging there but instead a large. Where did it come from? Did some guy walk over there in the 2 minutes it took us to walk away from there to the register? Did they put the large back and take the XXL? I highly doubt it!! She was VERY rude with trying to work for me. I will NEVER return to this location nor recommend it to family and friends. We will return to another location that has treated us nicely each and every time we have walked in!

Read moreI bought two pairs of sunglasses from here on Sunday. They had one pair in stock and the other I had to order online. The young man who helped me was a wealth of information and help. I got the second pair ordered and paid for both in store. I just got the second pair in and they were damaged. One of the lenses was not in the frame and the frame was chipped. I reached out to bass pro chat for help and they said contact the manufacture. I contact the manufacture and they say they can't see my order. At this point I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place with just dealing with damaged sunglasses or having to take time out of my day to go in the store to possibly be told theres nothing that can be done here since I technically ordered them online. I know it seems like a small issue to complain about but I paid for what should have been a new undamaged product and thats not what I got. If you take anything from this review just know if you go in store and they don't have stock of what you're wanting, and you order online to pay in store. If theres an issue bass pro online will send you to sunglass hut, and sunglass hut online will tell you theres nothing they can do since the order number isn't one of their...

Wanted to purchase two new pairs of shoes along with some hunting camo and after waiting what felt like 10 minutes, had to go to the employee only lounge and ask for assistance. The girl got me my shoe and it was the wrong color. She then had another associate try to help as she stated she was going to break while 3 other shoe purchasing customers are waiting. I let the other sales associate know she brought me the wrong shoe and he said she didn’t pull the correct color, yeah, obvious. He then asked another customer if they needed assistance and practically ignored me. He then came back and brought one of the pairs of shoes I wanted. Then when he went back to check for the one pulled wrong because he forgot to check on that one, he said they don’t have it in that size. I asked him for one size up, he quickly said no without checking. When looking around for assistance, it appeared that store personnel where ignoring me and just walking by not knowing what was going on while I was waiting the whole time.
