Read moreMy home is at this time is undergoing a major renovation. We have to have our electric meter box relocated. When the Entergy personnel came to inspect our box, they informed us what equipment was required and the new guidelines for why. My husband and I went to Home Depot and Lowes and the personnel in the electrical department each told us they did not know about the new guidelines and attempted to get us to purchase something other than what Entergy instructed us to purchase (They also did not have the required meter box that we needed). We went to Sutherland in Pearl and was introduced to the most professional and knowledgeable person I have encountered in a home improvement store, his name is ROBERT CAMPION.👍👍👍 When we described the meter box which the Entergy Personnel had told us to get, he quoted the exact guidelines Entergy had told us, and he also drew a picture of the meter box to assist us with understanding why the guidelines are now in effect. This was important, especially since it had to do with our electrical wiring!!!!!!!!!!! If I could have tipped him, I would have. PLEASE shop here, they are very knowledge and educated. VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DOWNRIGHT DISGUSTING. SUTHERLANDS IS A RIPOFF WITH EQUIPMENT THAT RUNS ON GAS. SUTHERLANDS WILL NOT TELL YOU THAT THEY WILL NOT TAKE BACK NOR REPLACE THEIR EQUIPMENT THAT IS MADE OF VERY POOR QUALITY. I WOULD GIVE THEM LESS THAN A 1 STAR IF I COULD. SUTHERLANDS TOLD ME AFTER I HAD PURCHASED MY GAS WEEDEATER THAT THEY DON'T TAKE ANYTHING THAT RUNS ON GAS BACK. I WASN'T TOLD THIS BEFORE PURCHASING THE PIECE OF JUNK. LATER TOLD ME THAT THEY COULD FIX IT FOR $117.00 AND CHANGE. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT THE PULL STRING HAD GOTTEN OFF TRACK. I REFUSED TO PAY MONEY FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS MALFUNCTIONED IN THE FIRST PLACE.
THE SO CALLED REPAIRMAN TOLD ME THAT THE GEARS WERE TORN UP IN IT. IF THIS WAS THE CASE; HE DEFINITELY TORE THEM UP. I AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE.
