I can definitely see why some of the reviews are the way they are. I initially with the reviews and figured I would give this place a try myself, maybe they were having a bad day. I wonāt completely ādownā the place because they did have a few decent sage options and I did find a new deck that I really truly love; I havenāt seen anywhere else even online, so Iām happy for that. The lady that was at the front door was OK, but a little too āoverbearingā if I could use a word. Sometimes people donāt want to talk or may not be interested in the conversation you wants to have. Itās like she kind of kept pushing to keep the conversation going even after I kind of zoned out and walked away. I donāt like the feeling that Iām being watched. I get protecting your assets, but the store really wasnāt that big and there was enough people that if anybody were to steal Iām sure it would be caught. I could have overlooked that and the weird vibes if it were not for the fact that she tried to overcharge me 10+ dollars. I calculated everything once I got to the register and when she told me my ending price which was about $45 or so I looked & was a bit confused. The lady at the door came behind the register once I finished looking at things (which also threw me off b/c why are you following me so closely?) and made a comment like oh things add up so quickly you donāt even notice. So once I said something they gave me a ādiscountāto make it seem like they were giving me a discounted price-which ended up adding to the total CORRECT amount. š All in all I wouldnāt say it was 100% uncomfortable, but I would say it made me feel a bit out of my normal zone. At least at the end they smudged the products to remove any other energy that may have been on it, which I thought was pretty cool;you donāt see many people doing that.. would I go back? probably not unless I was in a bind and I needed some quick things I knew they had. And even then it would be in and out. My best advice would be to work on the energy of the store and the workers....

I had so many questions so when I walked in and only one other customer was in I got even more excited. Asked the guy like two or three questions while picking up products and it seemed like I was aggravating him. While I was talking he walked away from me mid sentence and started up a conversation with the other customer. I was kinda bummed out and embarrassed but I did walked the store a bit more. But after a minute my spirit got heavy and I walked out. Iāll just go back home and get my spiritual products from now on where customer service matters.
Edited 1/24/24: Who ever decided to respond to my review on the store is rude and petty. But I can also be petty. I never said I LIVED in New Orleans. I said Iām FROM New Orleans. And what does me having selling products have to do with my review? And besides I havenāt sold products in YEARS since you know so much about me. And how did you get a number on me? Because I guarantee you donāt have my cell phone number which starts with a 504 area code?!!!! You could have easily inbox me since you played detective. I also have a plethora emails and Google asked me to review and so I did!!!! Itās interesting you did so much research on me, which is all wrong and never mentioned anything about MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE I HAD AT YOUR STORE! Overall the experience was bad and your reply to MY EXPERIENCE just confirms all the negative...

Iām personally going through the hardest time of my life and taking to spirituality to help me through - there is a woman who has been there both times I went and was so incredibly pleasant and thoughtful. She radiates love and empathy. I did not get her name (if you happen to see this you were wearing a red shirt!) but I am so incredibly grateful for the kindness and understanding she showed me, as well as her assistance with my shopping. I love this store and will absolutely be a returning and loyal patron :)
