Every time we have eaten here has been phenomenal, but today has been a disaster! 20 min at a table and i still haven't gotten a simple coffee.... bad day for anxiety. I think the only one here that knew anything was the shift leader, everybody else is just running all over each other! UPDATE: the end did not get any better she never finished bringing our food so if i wouldn't have said anything to the shift leader i wouldn't have gotten it. After she halfway brought our order she never checked on us again! NEVER. And she was already searching for her tip before we could get up. The last team would have never been this bad. How simple is it to get coffee and refill it for 3 tables? (3)! I'm in customer service and would have been eaten alive for that service....

Horrible customer service. ESPECIALLY black lady with red Locs and glasses!! There are several tables open but dirty and she’s drying dishes. Hasn’t addressed any one that walked in the door, but told her co-worker “they can wait”. So nasty and so rude !!!!
UPDATE: really should’ve left when I got here, because it only gets worse!!
A skinny, old, white Lady comes over and takes our orders and just looks at us. So I’m like “hi”, she proceeds to ask us we’re we ready …. Literally the worst server I’ve had in my life and I am not even exaggerating!!!

I went into this Waffle House to get a waffle but failed. I ordered whatever the breakfast special is that comes with eggs, toast, and your choice of grits ir hash browns and a waffle. I've got everything but the waffle. When the waffle did not come, I asked the very distracted waitress, "Am I getting the waffle?" I still did not get the waffle by the time she brought me the check. She was too busy with her homies at the counter to pay attention to my order. I felt like I was intruding. I had to ask for more coffee twice. I axed for more jelly than the one packet I got for 2 pieces of toast, but didn't get it. I think I've been to a Waffle House for the last time.
