Krystal — Restaurant in Flowood

I left everything blank because the service were horrible. The GM or assistant( short lady with glasses) has a very nasty attitude. I placed my order for 24 Krystals and I got the combo with extra large drinks. However I wanted my sandwiches to be mustard, ketchup, and cheese only. Basically no onions and no pickles. I specifically stated that 3 times no onions no pickles. I was also told there will be a 20 mins wait on my order which were fine. In the process of waiting for my order, the manager comes out again and asked how did I wanted my sandwiches and I told her. I finally got my order and it still had onions on there and my burgers were cold. I don't like to complain but I paid 55 dollars so I expected my order to be correct. I told the employee about the onions and the manager in the back stated she scraped them off. Evidently she didn't do a good job if they were still on there. This was the 2 worst Krystal hamburgers in my life. I cannot understand ,what happened? 2 weeks ago, I had went to the same restaurant Krystal restaurant and the burgers were perfect, seriously the best I ever had. Now, today, same Krystal, I got the worst. The burgers were cold, plus the buns. I was already down the road before reaching in the bag to try one. I just can't understand what happened, I love the Krystals every now and then. The girl that waited on me at the window was very nice. One thing I noticed I had multiple maybe eight napkins stuffed like they were open up stuffed in on top of my Krystal burgers. It took so long for them to wait on the car in front of me and then it took a long time for them to wait on me. I cannot give a good rating for this Krystal today. I called the number and I got a recording they gave me another number to call if I had a complaint. Only have one star because that's the lowest i could go. This place looks abandoned nothing works ,most of the drink options were out and i only saw one employee there the whole time. The glass windows are dirty and the inside floors didn't look much better. I think we very much dodged a bullet by not getting food poisoning. We didn't know how very bad this place was until it was too late and we had already paid and ordered. As we were attempting to find a drink option that they actually had there was a guy who pulled up to the drive thru and just starts blowing the horn . Undoubtedly this is normal as she simply got us us drink and went right to dealing with him. Anyway it was comparable to the run down restaurant on the movie Goonies. Glad i didn't ask for a water .
