Taco Bell — Restaurant in Flowood

It’s a Friday night...I went through the drive-thru close to 10 PM...only two vehicles in line ahead of me...I’m asked what I want...I inquire on the orange cream freeze that is being advertised on the menu board...I’m told they ONLY have the skittles flavor...so I skip the drink order for the time being and state that I want to get a beef grilled stuffed burrito no guacamole add sour cream (the same thing I get at MOST Taco Bell’s when I go to them)....and an order of chips with cheese...I am asked if that would be all and I state that I would like to get a sweet tea...at which time I am told that they are out of sweet tea as well as Dr Pepper (I didn’t ask for a Dr Pepper...I was just told they were out of it....I guess in case that was what I wanted)...I asked if they had Mt Dew and was told that yes they did and was asked what size...I asked for a medium...my total is close to 10 dollars...I get to the window after waiting just a little while behind the two vehicles that were In front of me at the window...when I get to the window my card is taken for payment and I am handed a small Freeze cup that had Mt Dew in it...my card is given back to me and then I waited...a little longer than I had been waiting behind the cars in front of me...my food is handed out the window to me...I did not think to take a picture of my chips and cheese dip (1 because I was driving while eating those and 2 because I thought the majority of the chips had fallen into the bottom of the bag)...the cheese dip container is a little small black container....the container was LESS than half full...and as far as the chips....well there were about three to four small chips that were whole...then there was a little bit more that appeared to have been just broken pieces that were scraped out of the bottom of a chip container...was very disappointed so far...when I get home and get ready to Get the burrito out of the bag, the wrapper is VERY LOOSE and the burrito almost falls out onto the floor...I wrap the wrapper around it like a lil sleeve...I apply some mild sauce into the end I’m going to take a bite out of...I proceed to eat (and wear) the burrito...I take a few bites...something is different about This particular burrito verses ones I’ve had before (not from this particular location)...so I set the burrito on the kitchen counter and proceed to open it...as I’m opening it I think “this doesn’t look right...it’s way too liquidy and it’s missing some things...so I google this item to get a picture of what it’s supposed to look like and so I can possibly get a list of all the ingredients that go in it...I am posting a picture of what it is supposed to look like.....as well as a picture of what it actually looks like (the one I got served anyway)....I can honestly say that I will not visit this particular location again in the future..nor will I recommend it to anyone.... Well...I said I was going to post pictures...I can’t seem to locate a way to add a picture to my post...if anyone can help me out with that matter then I will post them....

I went through to get something vegetarian for my mother and I to eat at around 5:20 PM on 12/7/2022. When I arrived at the place with the screen and speaker where you place your order, no one greeted me and the screen had an unusual appearance along with a notification that something wasn’t working and to close the app. I decided to just drive to the window. There was a white girl, younger in age, who treated me like I was dumb. Another worker, a black male, snapped at me and said the ordering system was working, and the screen was just displaying whatever it was. I was harshly asked to drive around after I told the female worker what I wanted. I said yes, I’d drive around. Unfortunately, more people had arrived and I had to wait behind 2 or 3 cars. When I got to the window, my order had not been placed at all. Thank goodness there was someone else there who was very sweet. She gave me a drink and said she was going to take care of me. I was stressed after a long day and feeling upset by the way I’d been treated, so thank you to whoever that was who was nice. She is the only reason I gave the place 3 stars instead of one. I can pretty much guarantee that I will not patronize this restaurant again, even though I enjoy the veggie Mexican Pizza. I don’t need the...

The entire transaction from start to finish was a miracle. I Will always remember this magical moment. The thunder of the crackling speaker booming out to me in greeting.” Yuh”. So simple, so elegant. I place my order and get the confirmation I needed, “aight” I pull around eager to come face to face with the well spoken beauty. “Good morning” I say, “9.80” she replied. I pay the sum and gaze on at the 240lbs of goddess before me. I wait for what seems only a moment when the window flings back open to deliver the original flavor that is Taco Bell. I take it graciously and check my package. The order is completely wrong. “Oh no” maybe it’s someone else’s order? I look around and it seems I’m the only human that exists in the moment and space. Not possible I say to myself. After I knock on the window in hopes of resolving the mistake the goddess appears again. Every,single,lb. I inform her that the Oder was completely wrong. She responds in a way you would expect any Taco Bell rep to. “I’m sorry” window closes again. I never saw that sweet woman again. I hope she’s okay, wherever she is. Luckily the trash can was hungry for the garbage...
