I wish there was a 0 star option! So disappointed with T-Mobile!!! I have been a customer of T-Mobile for 23 years in a 25 year period. And anytime I delt with a employee or customer service they were top notch until today! I would not recommend anyone to go to this store! I was treated as a bother, and as $ sign for commission, They were Rude, Uncaring, and unprofessional. (except one woman at the end of the day Kendall who helped fix all the days problems she deserves 5 stars!) Starting with the manager Mike and worker name Daysha. I was sent to the local store from call center with a broken phone and a note on the account saying I needed to trade in and upgrade. As soon as I explained why I was there, I was met with rolled eyes and excuses that customer service always lies and makes promises the store cannot do. That I was unable to get the phone I wanted without "paying up". I spent 2 hours there and dropping almost $200 dollars for what should have been $35.00. No matter what I asked or tried to explain the answer was. You have to pay this or leave with no phone. So I paid up and ultimately left with a phone I was not happy with.
3 hours later I returned to the store, and was helped by another girl named Ashley. I explained what happened earlier and that I was not happy with the iPhone. I would like to return it and get the android. She didn't listen or try to help me at all. She was dismissive and told me unless I paid a $70.00 restock fee. That I should come back tomorrow when the people who sold me the phone were working, I could not return the phone! She even called the manager Mike, and he was rude over speaker phone and said the same thing. I couldn't except that as I just bought the phone 3 hours prior . So Ashley told me me to call customer service to see if they could help. So, I called customer service while in the store and they said I could definitely return the phone same day. But, Ashley's words to me were ” She was gonna walk away from me now because she couldn't". That's when kendell stepped in and seen I was there only 3 hours earlier and I could return the phone. She stepped up and helped me. She even stayed after closing to fix all the mistakes. (while Ashley went in the back to eat her Burger King, and leave 30 minutes before closing). I was able to leave with the phone I was looking for. But, Kendall couldn't fix all the problems or refund all the money I spent earlier. Very unprofessional, rude, arrogant and can’t think of one nice word about these two women who works there. I will send a letter to the CEO about my complaint. No one should ever be talked to the way these two women talk to me. I am a 70 yrs old white woman who has been retired for several years dealing with customers most of my life and owning my own successful businesses. I would have fired them on the spot. Disrespectful. I have four line to change over to them. Every time you talk to them it was different sales pitch. I felt threatened & they had me very upset. They got all my personal information. I am very concerned what they will do with it. I have to change everything because of these employee’s. They were even rude to the employee on my phone with T Mobile. She hand my phone to me with a nasty attitude. I took it and left this store with a bad attitude about my experience. I will never do business with T Mobile in my opinion look for a different T-Mobile not this one. Really sad we have people working in public business that don’t know how to be professional in selling cell phones. Three days talking with T Mobile on the phone then to the store several times yesterday trying to get my devices changed. I was back again, first thing this morning to buy another cellphone & getting my devices changed. Didn’t even come close to a sell. Well T Mobile your store lost my business. What's so funny is your employees don’t care about any of your new or old customers. They are rude incompetent people. When I went into T-Mobile, after hearing about their new promo with the FREE IPhone 15 Pro Max, I expected the line for such a promo to be out the door but for me it only took like maybe 10-15 minutes. Then I met with a T-Mobile sales rep named Courtney who was AWESOME and did everything she could to buy back the phones we had and offered us the rock bottom lowest cost for our BRAND NEW upgraded IPhones. Then because we were nearing the end of her shift before she could complete the transaction she passed us off to another sales rep named Kendall. When I tell you Kendall is one of the best, most genuine, and honest people let alone sales person I’ve EVER MET I mean it! She told us all about the features of the phones, pros and cons, and helped each of us find the right phone for ourselves. She even stayed there with my family until after closing to make sure that we had what we came for and that we were satisfied with the purchase made. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service received at this place and I just want to give a shout out to whole crew that helped Kendall and Courtney make our experience there THE BOMB! Here’s a pic that Kendall and I took the following day of our purchase of the phones because I was so impressed I had to write this review to let everyone in and around Foley know that T-mobile is the place to be and Kendall and Courtney are the people you want sitting across the table from anytime you think about a new phone or upgrading.
