MONEY GRAB! CONSUMERS BEWARE!!! I would give a lower rating if Google allowed it in order to leave a review! To send a box to LA (which is a next day service area for UPS Ground), they adamantly said the box needed to go 3-Day Ground Select. On top of that, they said the items could not be shipped in a shipping bag, it had to go in a box. Said box was 14x14x14 - TOO BIG and had to be cut down to fit the items inside - was $11.25!!! That's insane and the fact that the box had to be cut down was CLEAR indication it was unnecessary and an overkill! Our son who was shipping the items to us was taken advantage of and steam-rolled. Total shipping and box was $77.25 to send a few linens - 3 times the cost of the items in the box!!!
In addition, I (Daniel) spoke to Lauren several times to see what could be done to resolve this. Needless to say, they had their money and as far as they were concerned, the shipment had been manifested and paid for, done!

You got me once, but you will not get me again - not to mention the LOUD message that you're sending to young consumers who are new to your area!    Read moreI used ups to make copies. I drop off my copies to be single copy. The employee asked when I would like them. I said as soon as I was ready. The next day I sent someone to pick them up and she was told they won't be ready until sometime Monday, which was fine. But then I get a voicemail like two hours later on Thursday that they are ready. So I sent that same person to pick them up and pay $138.00. I then went over the copies about 400 was single copy, the rest was double copy which was over 1400. I had to separate the papers myself, which I was told by a co-worker they do that.I tired for a week to talk to someone about my order. When I finely did that same person who made my copy told me that I didn't say single and if I want to have them redo I will have to pay again. She pretty much blame me the customer because she didn't hear me. There was no form of any kind for me to fill out leave my instruction. Since she was the manager I ask to speak to the owner. She told me a time but when I called he was not their, I been trying to get ahold of him for a couple of days. I purchased boxes from this store, did not end up needing them and tried to return them the next day, but was told they do not return boxes. However, stated on the receipt is that items marked NR are not returnable, and those were not marked NR. That seems to indicate that the items I purchased would be returnable. When I asked if the return policy was posted anywhere, one of the employees shrugged her shoulders and told the other to call the manager. Manager told me on the phone that she would call the owner on Monday, for me to leave my name and number and she would get back to me. It has now been a week, I have tried to call the store numerous times, no answer and no way to leave a voicemail. I have emailed through their website, and reached out through their online form, but have gotten no reply. Very poor way to do business in my opinion. It's a shame. Just needed a simple refund, wasn't even that much money compared to the amount I have spent in this store.
