Krystal — Restaurant in Foley

The manager is very rude and refused to tell me her name and then told another employee not to tell me. Funny, when I told her what the manager said last time I was there, the first thing she asked me was the woman's name but now she was rude and argued with a customer but refused to give me her name. She wanted to know why I needed her name and I told her I was calling corporate and She said "they know who's here. You don't need my name." She argued with me about pup chili and tried to bs me on how I could and couldn't purchase it. They overcharge me every visit and when I asked why, the manager told me that the computer does it automatically and they can't control it. Why is purchasing pup chili such a big deal?? It's not like I'm trying to get it for free. They charge me 40 cents per Krystal and barely put a drop the size of the pickle. One manager said they charge by the scoop. Ok fine, give me a whole scoop then. The rude one today told me they don't charge by the scoop, the charge by the krystal and that tiny spot was all I was gonna get for 40 cents. By the time I explained my point 9 times, argued with the manager because she being stupid and talking to me as if I were stupid, they ended up charging me $2 for a little 2 oz condiment cup of pup chili. It was very unprofessional for her to speak to a customer with her face scrunched up like she smelled poo and rolling her eyes. She had a terrible attitude. Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. They shouldn’t even be called fast food considering I pulled up behind one other person at 11:30, and they didn’t acknowledge the guy waiting to place his order until 11:50 after he finally got fed up with the wait and said something. Then I pulled up, only 6 cars behind me now, they did not acknowledge me so I said I’m ready when they are. The guy was short and rude with me while placing my order and not once did he use any manners. So I finally got to the window to play after waiting for almost a half hour, mind you there’s only 1 person in front of me, whom they argued with about what he ordered, the guy didn’t tell me my total or anything, just snatched my card and ran it. Then he holds onto it until he’s trying to give me everything all at once, (card, receipt, drink, straw and food) and being a total impatient a**hole as I’m trying to sort it all out, waving around the bag of food like I’m holding him up. After I took the food and clearly told him “thank you” while looking him directly in the eyes, he turns around with a ‘psshh’. It only took a half hour to get 5 tiny cheeseburgers and a order of chili cheese fries, which by the way might as well have been dumped into my bag with no container because it was upside down and everywhere. Also no fork as if I’m supposed to eat that sloppy garbage like a damn animal. By the way to food was cold and tasted like dog food. That was my first and will be my last...

On a great day I would give Krystal a 4 star review. Some days their food is decent, but that is only when you get it FRESH. This time when I went I ordered 1 hamburger 1 cheeseburger and 2 Krystal chicks with extra mayo. I legit had to repeat the order at least 4 times before it was read back correctly. The young lady and the window seemed nice but that was about the one and only positive thing about this visit. The hamburger looked like someone had cooked it 5 hours ago and put it in their pocket and sat on it a few times. The meat was very old and the onions were burned. The cheeseburger was just the same only with cheese. Then the poor chicks...for some reason they both came with cheese even though we did not ask for any. Thankfully they did not charge me for it and it was still cold so it peeled off easier than if melted but I'm certain that it had to do with how old and crusty the chicken was. The outside was so old it wouldnt break off at first and the inside was so dry. Needless to say I think my girlfriend and I ate a total of 4 or 5 bites. It may be more understandable if we went right before closing or dead of winter but it was between 4-5pm. I really do wish they would do better though because when they good and fresh I really enjoy...
