Renaissance — Local services in Fond du Lac

I very disappointed, they sold us a couples massage and I have been trying to book for a year and a half (for $140) but had me keep calling as they were looking for another masseuse. Finally I booked for other services because they would not refund the money even though they sold a service they could not provide both were rushed and very uncomfortable due to clerical error in booking. The Facial was okay and person giving was nice, but I wish I could post pictures of the less than mediocre pedicure I am positive the owner would agree and be embarrassed. I was given a $200 gift certificate for Renaissance. When I called, they said the next appointment I might possibly get would be in january. They said the next week in January will come available tomorrow. January was over 6 months away. How can an honest company offer a gift certificate without informing the purchaser that they have no way of honoring that certificate for at least 6 months. How does anyone run a business like this?
