My mom wanted a specific item for Christmas from Target that is only carried online. I ordered and chose to have it shipped to the store. When ordering, the site let me know the item would arrive on the 15th, and I would receive an email when it came in. Right away in the morning of the 15th I checked my emails to see if it was there yet, only to find an email from the 14th that my order had been cancelled and sent back because I hadnt picked it up. I went to the customer service desk to see what could be done, and all the employee did was blame me for not checking my emails often enough. I was never made aware the item might come earlier or I would have checked more frequently. One would think they should have at least kept the item until the 16th before sending it back. Not a good experience, and then terrible customer service after the fact. Not only did the customer service rep refuse to help find any resolution beyond blaming the customer, she wasnt wearing a visible name tag and refused to get a manager. I would recommend never using their ship to store feature, nor to expect any satisfaction if they...
Read moreLet me start off by saying that I'm really a Walmart girl not a Target girl at all! I feel like every time I go to this target to try to get a different feel of the atmosphere and the products that Target can possibly have that I like or someone else introduce me to it just gives me complete different vibe. The air is hot (not the actual air in Target is hot) but it makes me feel closed in and hot and not really want to focus on what I came in there to buy. It's just comes off as a bougie place to go to shop but I tried it on four or five different occasions to shop at Target, remind you each time has been months apart that I went to Target and The Vibes just wasn't there for me and some things I feel like are overpriced at Target and you can get some of those same items that May cost more at Target you can get those same products at Walmart for cheaper. The Vibes is just not given for me it's ridiculous how it makes me feel and if I do go there is basically only...
Read moreI had spent the afternoon working at my grandma’s house. I got $5 so I was happy since I hadn’t done anything too major. She had to stop at Target for a few things so I decided to come with my earned money. I found something I liked that was 4.99 so I decided to get it. Knowing tax was a thing I asked her for an extra quarter before going to the checkout. After getting to the checkout, I put my item on the belt. When she scanned it, it came to 5.26 I was one cent off. I asked the older women who was checking me out if she had a penny. She said she didn’t as she was just staring at me, she was obviously not going to say “you know what, it’s only a penny, go ahead.” So I just told her to void the item as I didn’t have the penny. I know that I didn’t have enough money, but it kind of ruined my experience there where I was definitely disappointed in the fact I couldn’t get it. Overall customer service in electronics is good, that’s all the store has going for it...
