Pizza Ranch — Restaurant in Fond du Lac

We took our grad party of 11 people to the buffet at Pizza Ranch in Fond du Lac and were extremely disappointed. I wish I still had the receipt to let them know what a terrible experience we had. We had requested a cheese pizza and a sausage pizza. They brought us a half cheese and half sausage pizza. Which was 4 slices of Cheese and 4 slices of sausage for a group of 11 people which wasn't enough for the group. I asked the server if there would be more and the server said no. We also had requested a BLT pizza and Chicken bacon ranch and what they served us was crust and tomatoes. It was very poor quality pizza. We had to sit at 2 tables due to our size of our group and the servers only went to 1 table with the pizzas when we told them we were a group. The second table did not get any of the requested pizzas because they were gone after going to the first table because they only made half pizzas with our special requests. Our dirty plates were not cleared in a timely manner. Also the tables had spots for 6 people each but every one had to get up every time someone went to the buffet because there was no room to get away from the table. It was good. I'm not really a fan of pizza (I know I must have a messed up head lol anyhow they had some other things to choose from like broccoli cheese soup....and mashed potatoes friend chicken. But I did find out that they don't have the same soups everyday either. I honestly feel it should be called pizza barn because that's what it felt like. Their buffet area was very small and you had to wait to even get to whay you wanted on buffet....for instance I waited in line to get mashed potatoes and waited again in line to get gravy. By the time I got back to my table dodging running kids, elderly with walkers, people asking me questions as if I worked there....my food was cold so I went all the way back up again to get more another 10 minutes later I get back to my table and eat cold food. Nothing wrong with kids or elderly just making a point that there is no room to move back to your table and no room at the buffet. I'd never go again unless I had to. Also where are the people who do work here?? Cuz it sure seems like no one when their are plated piled high on our table. Maybe if I had a free coupon I'd give them another chance. We received an email for buy one adult buffet get one for $8.99. You can use it 2 times and we did. We paid for 2 adults full price and 2 adults for 8.99. we also had one over the age of 65, and two 4 year olds and one 2 year old. The hostess told us that our kids were free today because it's kids eat free. While eating I noticed that on the receipt I was charged $3.99 for both children. I talked to the cashier, different person from who rang us up, and he informed me that the kids are not free with the coupon. I informed him that it doesn't say that on the coupon, it just says military and senior discount can't be applied, and that the cashier before told me that kids were free today. He just said sorry but not with coupons. I have only been to this location 2 time, both ending in disappointment.
