I would have to say this is probably the 3rd most disappointing trip I have made to this location. Feb. 24th 2023. Made a visit to pick up a nice little dinner for my husband and I as we had a long week with new puppies at our home so it was something nice to bring home a treat for us. Well we sure got that treat! First I went through the drive thru, I was there for like 4 min. Nobody said, "Can you hold for a min" "We will be right with you." Nope nothing... I just about drove off bc I thought maybe they are closed as many times before I went there and there wasn't enough staff to fulfill duties. So I make my order. Get to the window and as I remembered I forgot to order our egg rolls. The person who took my order said "sorry" we don't do add ons at the window. Okay if they had a line of cars I get that, BUT no one was before or behind me. I was like really? Okay? She gave me attitude by giving me my bag and not saying thank you. She literally wanted me to go back through the drive thru to purchase egg rolls. My husband got their Lo Mein. They only had choice of vegetable. He starts eating it and there was only onions in the container and one little shred of cabbage. Tasted like Ramaine noodles. He was very dissatisfied to the fact they didn't have ANY vegetables. So no meat or vegtables at Panda Express.
Needless to say... workers want 15.00 to 20.00 for a fast food joint but are too lazy to create revenue for their place of work that gives them a paycheck. Adding Egg rolls really?? How easy can that be when no one is at your restaurant drive through. Smh! We won't be patronizing this place anymore and wouldn't be sad for it to go. Their is better quality food in...
Read moreWe usually stop at this Fond du Lac Panda Express as a great way to enjoy Chinese while we are traveling. At first, their portions were generous, and we were very impressed with the food quality. Then, week after week, the quality has started to go down. At 3:30 in the afternoon, over several weeks they were "out of eggrolls". Really? Already? Then, the beautifully cooked, crisp, broccoli became mushy, limp, and over cooked in the "Beef and Broccoli". For several weeks the "Fried Rice" has been so blan that it is tasteless...You have to request packets of soy sauce to make it tolerable. Next, they added hidden charges to the "Honey Walnut Shrimp", that were not listed on the drive through menu board (which is cluttered with red tape for months, crossing out discontinued menu items). Yesterday, when I opened my takeout plate, with "Honey Walnut Shrimp" for my two entrees, I found that there was a modestly small portion which barely filled a half of the plate. Despite the recent downward spiral, I naively went in to get the mistake corrected. There evidently was no manager, assistant manager, nor Crew Lead in the building at the time. The young male from the drive through window came over to inspect my takeout, and coldly told me that this is the way it is... these were not the usual containers, and the portions are usually 6-7 shrimp in each portion...even though we could only count 4 in each entree...for an entree that costs $7.90+$2.50+tax. We will get a sub sandwich at one of their neighboring competitors after this...
Read moreOrdered online at 7:45pm. Food said ready by 8:05pm. Got to the restaurant at 8pm and told one food item would be done in 7 minutes and I ended up walking out at 8:25pm. For the longer wait I was told they threw in extra fortune cookies..... I order 2 meals and got 4 cookies side note I don't like the fortune cookies anyways. Called and asked for the manager and a team member said they were apart of the management team. I explained I didn't appreciate being told a time amd it took way longer and they only apologized and said they are working on staffing. It was pretty staffed they had 2-3 people cooking and 3 people serving up orders and someone cleaning. This is always a problem if I order past 7pm from here and I'm always told that at 8pm they start closing up and stop making food even though they are open till 9pm.
