HORRIBLE SERVICE OF THE HUSBAND, SO DISRESPECTFUL. I Rented pants, shirt, vest and bow. When I did the order with the lady everything was fine. When I pick up order the husband was there the white shirt was quite wrinkled on the shoulders and arms and some on the bottom of shirt, & the back. I was not going to say nothing but I just tried in case maybe it was a wrong shirt given but no he became excessively offensive and told his wife who asked if I needed something that the shirt had a little line wrinkle I showed the wife and he began to say they need to do the cleaning on those shirts and clean the black dirt on the collar of the shirts and that he can charge me if the shirts come back dirty, I told him "instead of trying to push back his responsibility of making sure that when he rents something is ready to be worn by the boys or men wearing them he is just making bad remarks back." He went ahead and said i was trying tu ruin the event and have me a story of his rental table covers not being all clean and some having spots here and there or little line and that the event person didn't mind it so stop the other lady who point out the bad things. When i told him his story did not relate because I'm not picking on the party that i was rightfully expressing that the cloths are not ready to be worn. He then said "well just leave the rental dont take it." I told him I would if I just had a few more days to find it myself but that I'm buying a shirt myself to wear and not use theirs. Don't Go Here!!!will be getting lawyers! We rented a party bus for my sister's 15 first it was late 30 min second after just taking us to the park it broke down but thats not the worst part it broke down in middle lanes no ac it was hot but couldn't get off because cars were coming down hill from both side lanes driver called someone yet nothing was being done so I decided to call the number on there Goodlettsville site after a while because we were al inside a party bus in the heat not only did no one know we were out there but the man told me to call someone we knew to pick us up instead of seending another party bus or someone for the inconvenience come the next day not only. Did they not give us a refund the man argued to say that the bus did enough by taking us to the park but he said the bus stopped exactly when I called him because that's the call time which exactly why I will get a lawyer not only were there minors in the heat inside a vehicle but he argues to tell me what happened exactly what happened when he didn't even know ow we broke down...

Stay Away!!! from this place it will be the worst mistake you ever done by renting anything.

I had rented 10 tuxedos for $125 each but when I received them, they were all different colors had different patches nothing fit some things were taped on they were ripping, and dirty. when I called him he was rude. Didn’t want to figure something out. Telling me I wasn’t getting none of my money back or switching the tuxedos so when I got there the next day to talk to me I had to call the cops for them to deal with him I ended up getting some money back but still had to argue with him, he stayed with $90 and said he wasn’t gonna give me that back. I didn’t want to argue anymore with him and his wife, yes, I know I got lucky to get some money back, but this has happened to multiple people that haven’t gotten a penny back from now. Good luck if you go there it’s just a headache and that’s not even at dealing with two different personalities that they say one thing over the phone and another in person.
