We had the most fantastic experience at this facility that I felt compelled to write a review. I brought my mother to the ER when she experienced stroke symptoms. She spent a full day admitted in the ER, then overnight and the next day admitted in the hospital. The entire time from start to finish was by far the best ER and hospital experience either of us have ever had.

Most important of course was the staff. Every single person, from nurses to doctors, specialists to cleaning staff, were extremely capable, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Every person who ever entered my mom's room started by introducing themself, explained what they were there to do, and asked if there was anything she needed. Her care was also prompt and efficient, she never waited when she needed something, tests were done quickly, and results were fast. I felt very reassured that everyone knew what they were doing and that things were being done very well and correctly. In short, both her physical and mental well-being were so well cared for during her stay.

Beyond that, the facilities were top-notch. Clean, spacious, and very high tech- she could even order specific meals via the TV in the room.

I've never felt like going to a hospital could be a pleasant experience, but this truly was. Great job Kaiser and THANK YOU to the amazing staff for taking such wonderful...

Honestly I was worried about coming here for my daughter this morning of 2AM. Of all the bad reviews but it's the closest emergency room so I had to come. And wow. I didn't see anything bad when I came When I first got there. There was a security guard to check if we had weapons. I understand that procedure , made me feel safer. They were nice when I check her in and it was a quick check in . It was our first time there and they explained everything. We were in the waiting room to get a room and the nurse Erika in pink scrubs was very very nice and attentive telling us we were assigned a doctor just waiting for our turn . I like that. Our doctor Lisa Patrick was AMAZING , nice and checked my daughter for everything in a timely manner, we got x rays and the xray technicians were fast and nice about everything and the wait after to see what we needed wasn't so bad either. My daughter was given medicine and a juice box to see if it was helping at the time. It really did she was happy and sleepy. Discharge was quick and easy . I would give zero stars if I could. This facility was the worst emergency room I have ever been to in the inland empire. I was better off going to ANY other hospital. At least you can actually get thorough care. After waiting 8 hours for a provider to go over an x-ray that was done 7 hours prior, I had to speak to the front desk multiple times regarding my husband's care. There was no communication, every time I would ask a question I got an attitude like I was inconveniencing them. I had to insist on test being done to make sure he was getting thorough care. Then, finally, after the 8 hours, he gets called to the back for 10 minutes to just be told to talk to your PCP. The best part is waiting for 8 hours for a 10-minute useless conversation to be asked if he wants to wait another 2 hrs to get blood work. Within thoes 8hrs they couldn't do blood work?
