Compared to the other nearby malls this one is tiny if you exclude the anchor stores. The selection of stores to visit is just weak. Only go in if you know that there's a store that you want to go visit because otherwise it's not really worth it to go in to look around. Probably the best thing about Inland center and what I believe has kept it open are the anchor stores like JCPenney, Macy's, and Forever 21. None of them have exceptional customer service, like the JCPenney and Macy's are just okay when compared to the ones in Victoria Gardens since they have a better selection and better staff in general. The Forever 21 isn't the best either it's just okay. Walking in it does sorta feel abandoned but that may just be the lighting.
