Tacos El Guero — Restaurant in Fontana

I just placed an order with DoorDash spending over $60 for me and my kids. DoorDash never gave me the option to remove certain ingredients from the food and it said for me to specifically called him. So I did spoke to the lady and told her I want to NO onion or cilantro in any of the items I ordered and she told me the items already been made. SHE WAS VERY RUDE!! And There’s nothing she could do. I told her my kids are allergic and cannot have onions or cilantro. She said well too bad the food has been made there’s nothing she can do. Then she said hold on. She took five minutes and said OK we will remake the food for you. So when I got my food and My kids bit into their food they got mouth full of onions and cilantro and got really bad allergic reaction and had to rush them to the hospital. Seems like the people they don’t care or just two lazy to remake the food. Especially when I paid over $60 in food for me and my kids and my family this is ridiculous. I hope the company takes care of this.

The date was November 7 2022 around midnight and I spoke to very rude a woman. So if they can look into who answer the phone that night and took orders they should be fired! My kids are badly sick in the ER because of her stupidity heartless laziness and...

The experience went well. First time there. Ive Place a phone order, by the time I got to the location tacos were ready for us. The salsa bar was nice different flavor and heat of salsa.

Asada was on point. FIRE made the list of asada tacos in I.E. and my coworker Luis agreed. Alpastor was blah it was missing something idk I had better. The ball of grilled onions is great big up to the cook....

I ordered a combo for my coworker which came with a drink I for got the drink. Please remember the drink ! Sorry Ashley!

With what's going on right now a taco is like $1.90 each If I remember.. it's a decent sized Taco with decent amount of meat.

One of the salsa had a rustic Tangy taste that was Flavourful and sweet with a little heat. Pair with the asada taco it was delicious. All I needed was ice cold beer...

Read til the end!! Service sucks! I've gave this place multiple chances because I do like the pastor there. Buuuut, Let me tell y'all that one of the females who answers the phone is rude, and she likes to hang up. So I had my bf do it and her attitude was different. She took his order. However, the orders were labeled opposite.. He does not eat pork due to his culture and calls back to let them know and they say to come back (I don't like their asada), so they gave him the correct order. Also, if you like the salsas there and the condiments just be sure to inspect it all there before serving because there was a band-aid in the guac salsa one time. That lil station in the corner is nasty.. My bf and I will not be going back there...
