Hi I'm karen from soccer practice and I went here and asked what cosle dos you have and he responded with which one and I said the console for my child named Clark and he had the audacity to say who is that and what cosle there are names for them I was livid so I slapped him and he backed up and I screamed ant him and I was mad I had it up to here with theses workers doing their job horribly and the console costeded like 300 dollars and later he called the police . Worst service ever and then I got fired from no job because I'm an at home mom and my husband got a divorce with me and I am now just here still made at Remy from GameStop because he ruined it all worst seervice...

I'm not sure any employee here is an actual passionate gamer. Gamestop especially in California has become an almost dreadful place to visit(visits to numerous CA locations). There is no more, "power to the players." California locations offer considerably lower cash for trade-ins. I'd suggest purchasing all consoles and accessories from their respective manufacturers. Overall I don't believe they know what they're doing at this location. Take your chances but definitely purchase the gamestop warranty for everything. Of course that'll make them more money but your product is likely to experience a defect or deficiency within the year and you'll get your monies worth...

I call for information about a game, for my son I spoke to a man over the phone that works in the store in Fontana California named Brian and because, I didn’t know too much information about the video game. That’s why I am calling GameStop to see do they have it available can I pick it up and because I didn’t know about the game he hangs up the phone on me. I know I’m not gonna be going to that store or purchasing any items from that store or probably even from game stop in general.
