This place deserves no stars even for customer service in which they will not satisfy any customer. I placed an online order directly through the Panda Express website, no 3rd party delivery services involved so it was a personal order. I went to pick up my order because I received a txt that my order was ready for pick up when I arrived my name was on the screen stating it was ready, I asked the manager Belem is her name where my order was and she stated it was already picked up and the person showed them my order number. She went to talk to the 2nd manager about my situation but from what I can hear is she was asking him about other personal things on when they were going to hang out and what he was going to be doing, and nothing about my order, the employee working the register also avoided contact with me and had a very rude attitude and all she said to me is that, that order gas been picked up already. The manager came back to me and told me I would have to contact panda express directly on the website and file a complaint about my order by email since there is no phone number on the site. Other than that she would not remake my order nor refund my $30 for my families order because she stated she couldn't because that order has been picked up. As I was sitting there trying to contact customer support I noticed my name was still on the screen stating it was ready. I also never received a txt stating my order was picked up successfully, and watched as other online orders being picked up and there name being removed from that screen. I went as far as calling another panda express and talking to that manager about my situation and if the same situation was to ever arise in his location what would he do? He stated since it was a personal order and not through a 3rd party he would satisfy the customer and remake the order. But would not do that for a 3rd party due to fraud and scamming. He also gave me the customer service phone number. I'm not sure if it was because of my race or it had to do with them feeling ashamed of giving away my order but if you worked in customer service the right thing to do is satisfy the customer or refund their money.
