‼️RUBY SPA ONLY‼️ I flew in from the east coast to see family for the holidays. My mom had scheduled us a couple massage with a foot massage after. The day prior to our appts my mom called to confirm the time of the appts. The front desk told her that because someone was out sick they could not do the couples massage and we will not be able to have the foot massages at all. (They never called, texted, or emailed us this information so I’m glad we had called to check in. Honestly they really should have called us to get rescheduled so we could have the massages that we had originally wanted and had already scheduled!) this was frustrating to hear but we get with the winter season people get sick all the time. We checked in and it was fabulous. I went for my hot stone massage first..it was fabulous!! But my mom had to wait for 2 hours before being seen!!! The front desk did not tell us this..she just said our appts would be right after another. After a long time she was finally taken back. All and all I’m and VERY disappointed that they never told us of the scheduling issue. (I have worked in this industry before and we always let our clients know of any schedule changes). When checking out we should have been offered a voucher or something but no. The hotel is gorgeous and I will recommend that but DO NOT GO TO RUBY SPA. I love this place.

I had originally came here to get my toes done, and my technician had suggested that I tried out a massage package they offered.

Little did she know that I would request to have my foot massage done in the middle of my pedicure!

She asked if it could be done, and it turned out to be perfect for me.

Now, I have gone back every week to see Jeremy, the massage expert. He is absolutely wonderful.

He has taken a ten year old injury and made the pain go from a 10 almost daily, to at most a 2 maybe twice a week.

He is very good at explaining what he is doing any why the muscles are "behaving" the way they do. He also gives really great advice on stretching and how to avoid causing further pain.

I would absolutely reccomend the spa and Jeremy to friends and family, and...

Wonderful total spa experience! Very friendly staff, high trained personnel, and nicely decorated facilities. The spa is located inside the McMenamins Grand Lodge, so you can stay for dinner or just have a relaxing tea after your treatment or you can even stay overnight! There is always something going at the lodge so you can easily make a full day of it.

I had the Hammerhead Deep Tissue massage and it was wonderful. My massage therapist knew exactly how deep to go without it getting painful and cleared up some old knots I had.
