My initial visit to the store was fine. The clerk was friendly and willing to answer questions & I felt great leaving the store.... Now that being said the service after I left was TERRIBLE!!!! I Went in simply to add another line & renew my contract I was told that I could get the Droid Maxx free with my contract renewal (didn't happen). I purchased 2 new phones and they screwed up the number transfer to the added line and the number that I had for years vanished! 4 days later; the problem still hadn't been solved. When I called the store for help I was told that there was nothing that they could do. I work in customer service and understand that problems happen and I have been very understanding and patient but after 4 days with the issue unresolved and the store clerk unwilling to help or do anything to make me "the customer" feel assured that this will be resolved. I like this store. I like sales people who know what they are doing and can handle people like me AND wild left filed issues with a phone move.
