I picked up my online order last night around 7:30pm. Thankfully, I checked my order before leaving, because I was missing chips, cookies, and drinks. I asked the employee at the register for my cups and cookies, which he provided... eventually. He took his sweet time bagging up the cookies and almost added them to the order of the customer behind me. When I went to fill my soda, there were fruit flies all over the fountain pop dispenser 🤢 As I was filling my soda, another customer came in the door, and one of the employees instantly and rudely said, "just so you know, its going to be awhile. We have online orders ahead of you". And then moments later, that same employee handed all the online order slips to the other employee and said "here, you have to handle these. I need to go take a breather"... all together, unprofessional. When I got home, I realized that 2 out of 4 of my sandwiches were completely incorrect. Wrong bread, wrong toppings, not toasted, etc... perhaps someone else's order? I headed back to Subway to ask them to remake my sandwiches, but doors were locked and open sign was turned off. Google says they close at 9:30pm... I arrived at 8:04pm. The employees were still in there cleaning, but ran to the back when they saw me...
Read moreI ordered two subway foot-long‘s online on the app and pick them up. They were made on March 30, 2023 at 9:33 AM . Got them and nothing was prepared as requested on the app…. Instead of a cold cut combo the entire sandwich was bologna. I asked for extra oil. The sandwich was completely dry not one drop of oil. The other sandwich was supposed to have very little lettuce and it was more lettuce than it was anything else. I left a tip, for that I got the worst footlong to date. The woman either didn’t care, or can’t read. While I know good help is hard to find, the owners need to do better. I will never again return to this location. Maybe I’ll skip Subway all together. After all I got a BOGO 50% off and it was still almost $20 for a bologna sandwich! Yuck. I tried to call five separate times and it just rings, so for that, here’s your one...
Read moreI’ve been ordering a toasted flatbread sandwich for years. The girl at this subway asks if I want it toasted, only to interrupt my response to say “because we can’t toast flatbreads. It makes them all crispy.” I told her that’s fine as that’s how I always order it. She asked if I normally come to this location. I told her yes- as if that really matters? She stood there and didn’t know how to respond, looking very conflicted and unable to solve this issue.
