Walmart Pharmacy — Local services in Forest Park

Every time I have to pick up medication from this pharmacy there's a problem. I try to call my prescriptions in and give them an extra day before pickup. When I get there my medications are still not filled. They are extremely slow and unorganized with little to no sense of urgency in their work. The older African lady at the register is pleasant but clueless. She has no idea what day of the week it is much-less how to run a register. When there was a problem with my mother's medication, they told me that her Humana insurance was declined. One problem...SHE DOESN'T EVEN HAVE HUMANA. To say that I am disappointed with the level of service I receive here is an understatement. Let's be honest however and call out Walmart for having terrible pharmacy departments in general. I was left without needed medication for almost 2 weeks. First I received a call stating they didn't have my medication in stock and it would be ordered and would arrive in 2-3 days. I ended up waiting a week and still no medicine. When I followed up again, I learned that it wasn't even ordered. I stayed on the phone with the attendant to ensure it was actually ordered. She assured me that it was actually ordered while she put me on hold and it would arrive in 2-3 days. By day 4 I follow up again and they tell me they still don't have the medicine and they won't be getting it or ordering it. It seems like they lied about ordering it in the first place. I'm Very frustrated with the poor communication. Plus it doesn't help that I was misled by both the automated system and a live attendant. Normally the service is good, but they fell terribly...

Everytime my husband goes up there they're closed or closing. Doesn't matter what hours are posted for pharmacy bcuz they obviously don't go by them. I'd like to kno what happened to this store?? I worked at store so ofcourse I got my prescriptions there too. That was when they first opened & I'd really like to kno why managers have obviously turned their back on it. Need more ppl besides me to call home offices to complain! It'll help but it's goin to take everybody that's left a review to go 1 step farther&call big guys in Bentonville Arkansas! Emails or & phone calls&make them pay attention to their pharmacies. Ps. The reason I say this is bcuz obviously is NOT doin any good just to leave bad reviews. Right? Good...
