I am one loan, forgiving great customer service! So for me is also receiving great customer service. No, I’ve been a patron of this establishment for a very long time and I’ve never ever had a problem with him. Until last Friday. It began on a great note With the cashier checking me out and give me great customer service. We laugh and giggle together on a joke that I made. It came to the end when it was time for me to pick up my order and unfortunately I didn’t hear the young lady call out my number Until like the third time. (let me state that I do wear hearing aid.) so I proceeded to go up to pick up my order, I calmly suggested to the young lady that she should speak up a little louder, because I couldn’t hear her call my number. And the previous young lady was calling out numbers very loudly. She proceeded to say what did you say sarcastically. I’ve been repeating myself. And then she said, what did you say again by this time? I realize that she was being very rude and disrespectful. At this point, I did not want her to deal with me at all or even give me my food. Needless to say this will be my last time coming up to this location to purchase any thing from you all. Until you get a little more cashiers and check out people that know how to treat and or speak to your customers.That young lady does not know what people are going through, nor did she care that I was hearing impaired. But for her to be that rude and sarcastic with me, I can only imagine how she is with other customers. I wish this location. Good luck however, as a African-American customer who patronizes you all I will not be coming ever again! I hope whoever reads this review does the same thing not continue to go over there and purchase wings from them. I will be continuing to go back to my African-American place and purchase from them moving forward no matter how far they are from me. At least my service is so much...
Read moreTried ordering on my lunch break for a pick up and someone just kept picking up n hanging right up for at least 2 minutes. I called the last time and someone answered and said hold please. I was on hold for 15 minutes which by then I was at the store. Once walking into the store there was Nobody in the store so I walked to the counter n asked who's supposed to be answering the phone. The young lady responded "anyone". So I then said "why isn't anyone picking up the phone cause I'm still on hold"...
