Taco Bell — Restaurant in Georgia

The WORST Taco Bell to ever exist. Always understaffed and trying to limit the amount of food I order because of your staffing. Very rude and the manager is extremely rude. Take the breakfast sign d down if you’re not going to serve breakfast. We just left from trying to get a meal at the same location and the manager is taking orders and says to us “ I can only do two meals per car I’m the only person in here y’all are ordering all these dang meals and I’m the only person that’s working in here”. This is the absolute worst display of professionalism I have ever experienced in my entire life and especially the false advertisement from this location saying that they serve breakfast and me and my husband have come here multiple times to get breakfast at sometimes 910 or 8 o’clock in the morning and every single time they have always told us that we don’t serve breakfast here. Something needs to change with this location because there is absolutely no way in hell I’m coming back to this location unless...

The store regularly does not take drive through orders at night. Which is odd. In drive through, I was advised to place an online order. I got out of line, then placed an order using DoorDash. After placing the order and waiting for my food pick up time. I waited an additional 15 minutes at the drive through window watching the staff with gloves on touch their faces and rub their noses. Long hair no hair nets play with staff that were very obviously not at work. I watched them make drinks for themselves. They drank them within full view of the window. They Laughed and talk. Lots of horseplay in general while an entire line of pickup orders waited behind me. When I decided to take photos they shuffled out of sight. I finally was given my order after waiting all that time, it wasn’t my full order. I actually decided to leave without my full order instead of waiting and watching them...

I went here last week I ordered 2 chicken quesaddilas, five layer burrito and a grilled chicken and cheese buritto. I received the burittos but only 1 quessadiila, i drove back to the store and when i entered the drive thru lady asked me did i received the wrong order and i responded no my order was right except I didnt receive 2 quessadillas like i paid for. After I waited another 5 minutes the female food preparer gave me my original bag back but didnt give me anither quessadilla. I said I paid for 2 quessadilla they then gave me a quessadilla that you could smell was left under their warmer too long. When i opened the quessadilla I was digusted at how bad the tortilla was burned. I will never patronize this...
