I had the pleasure of joining Her Flex Fitness in October of 2024, and I can't speak highly enough about the experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately made me feel at ease. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about helping women achieve their fitness goals, no matter where they’re starting from.
The gym is spotlessly clean, well-organized, and has a fantastic variety of equipment, catering to all fitness levels. Whether you're looking for strength training, cardio, or functional fitness, they have everything you need to build a balanced workout routine. I also love that it’s a women-only space. I find it empowering to work out in a judgment-free zone surrounded by supportive, like-minded individuals.
The group classes are another highlight! From HIIT to yoga, the instructors are enthusiastic and attentive, ensuring that everyone gets the most out of each session. They take the time to demonstrate proper form and provide modifications, making sure that each member can push themselves while staying safe.

Before they moved to a bigger location I attended the intro class with Rachel, it was tough and I was absolutely sore! I finally committed a 3 months after and now I’m def a her flex girlie! I truly love it here. You don’t feel judged if you aren’t lifting as heavy as some of the women here. The trainers are so fun and really enjoy training us! You truly build a bond with the girls and the trainers and this is the first time I’ve ever been committed to a gym like this, especially when you see the results! I highly recommend checking out the intro class or if you want the motivation and you don’t want to be intimidated in a co-ed gym.

The owner has also cultivated a climate where everyone is nice and encouraging. When I started in August, I was 4 months out from Chemotherapy and a double mastectomy, my body was weak and I wasn’t sure how things would go. I had just been given the green light from my dr to exercise. Rachel helped me level set and didn’t make me feel bad for not being able to use as much weight as the others. Maya helped push me and gave me alternative moves until I built up more strength. Julia’s yoga class helped me increase my flexibility but also brought a lot of peace and calm.
