I recently brought my truck to the Foristell location . I researched local shops and they had excellent reviews. I met the General Manager Clayton and told him the rear axle of my truck was out of position and also asked him to look over my truck as I pull a camper. He indicated that they always thoroughly inspect every vehicle . They found additional items that were defective on my truck and also recommended maintenance that was based on the mileage of my vehicle. I approved the repairs and they ordered the replacement parts. They only use quality parts which I appreciated. I was amazed on how quickly the repairs were done factoring that the parts had to be delivered. I work in repair on automobiles in a factory-and they exceeded my expectations. I am extremely impressed on how organized they were, how quickly they ordered the parts, how quickly and how well the repairs were performed. That level of professionalism reflects on how well that Clayton is managing his location and the quality of his employees. The overall experience was very pleasant, their communications through texting was exemplary and they thoroughly kept me in the loop. Clayton has scheduled a complementary torque check after 2 weeks which also gives them another check on the box as that is good for safety and not all shops would do that after the scope of work that I had done. I will definitely use them again and with my knowledge of repairs can definitely recommend this shop for anyone else that needs work done on their vehicles. Read moreI was having some issues with my truck's AC and tried a couple of at home fixes with no success. I took my truck to Master's Touch for a AC diagnostic. They had me sign some authorization forms before they looked at it, which I was careful to specifically qualify.
For instance, one was for the freon recharge. I told them I just wanted to see what the issue was BEFORE they did anything to the car. I told them only to recharge the freon if that was the issue with the car. However, when they called me to come pick up my car, they told me it was going to cost nearly $400 dollars - for a diagnostic!? They recharged the freon. No, the freon did not solve my issue. They did not have any solutions for me besides replacing EVERYTHING in the AC system.
They pointed to things that I had already replaced on my own and which I discussed with them before they even looked at it. When I questioned why the price was so high, they told me that a lot of "labor" went into it and the freon. Told me three hours of labor, when they only had the car for two hours max due to closing time.
I feel totally scammed, my wishes were not honored, my car was not fixed, and I overpaid for a basic service. Go into Wentzville to Compare Automotive or some other trusted mechanic. I do not trust Masters Touch in...
Read moreNeeded an oil change and maintenance. Receptionist was super sweet setting me up my appointment and answering my questions. They have a night drop option - and that worked well for me. They sent me a text once their in house inspection was done with recommendations. I didn’t even know my plates were expired!!!! So thanks for that. I called to talk to my tech because I wasn’t familiar with the text software they use (but once I opened the right section it’s super easy and super awesome!) it tells you what’s recommended, has attached pictures, and even quotes pricing for what you need. You are able to accept or decline each item separately. When I called to find out if I could do almost but not all, my tech was honest and knowledgeable. You know I didn’t wanna spend the money cuz no one ever does, but he explained everything thoroughly and put me at ease. My blue beauty was done the same day, even earlier than I anticipated. Easy checkout - and the general manager even came out to meet me and talk about my car and the maintenance. I even got to meet one of the owners before I left!!
