We have been Verizon customers for almost 4 years. This location was our go to since we know of it's existence. Employees were always helpful, respectful and kind to us. Well not anymore I guess. Yesterday my husband and I went to this store to inquire about upgrade. Whatever they felt like we did while weâre in the store gave them the permission to disrespect us, humiliate us, charged at us like she was about to be physical (the manager) and put words in our months that we never spoke of, while stating proudly about how âmeanâ he (he called himself assistant manager) was to us and that his colleague the manager will be even meaner. They kicked us out of the store and called the police on us like we were criminal because I was âyellingâ (nope just standing up for myself and my husband) after being treated like animals. You donât expect to go to a place like this for people to be âmeanâ to you. This experience changed me and my husband. We were glad we didnât have any of our kids with us. The bottom line is that if you look like me (black from Africa with an accent and Muslim) and my husband (big black African American man), please stay away from this location.    Read moreWhat a tremendous store. Amazing customer service. I went into the store to make a phone line for my daughter's watch. First i worked with Amanda but i wasnt able to finish with her because i was on a time crunch. But she gave me all the relevant information i needed so that i would know what to ask when i went in next. I went in later that week at 7:00 and worked with Jarrod. He was amazing. So thorough and helpful. He let me know about what verizon credits i had and helped me save A TON of money. I had to update my phone too which took close to 90 minutes. He ended up staying after closing time to make sure I had my phone. Really awesome. Then I had to return because I was having an issue with the watch receiving calls. I worked with Amanda again and the problem was fixed in five minutes. She also taught me how to fix my issue if something similar happened in the future.
