Refused to tell me what my monthly payment would be until after I signed all the paperwork and payed the down payment, I’m a customer with another store and quite frankly I feel robbed. Also wouldn’t allow me to just take my stuff home rather they had to deliver it. This item was tiny. And could have easily fit in a backpack so there was no real excuse aside from outright not trusting me even though I HAVE an active contract with buddies already. I feel disrespected I feel robbed and I’m going to be requesting a corporate contact to discuss the aggressive manor in witch this specific store handles sales, I was also opted into the optional memberships (for extra money) without an explanation and told they were NOT optional. After reviewing buddies contract is it very much optional and again, another reason I feel robbed. I’ve had great experiences with different buddies locations. This one however, needs some people skills training and probably needs to go over the legalities of refusing to disclose information before signing documents. They have great customer service I have paid out on several things they help build your credit they will work with u when you are unable to pay on time at times they are very understanding. All you have to do is call them and let them know if you won't be able to pay on time and they will work something out with you. The things I've paid for been brand new great quality.
