Oak Mark & Deli is a clean and lovely market. The person who made my sandwich was really nice and the cashier was also very nice and welcoming. The store was clean and the deli portion of the market looked clean and fresh. I loved the options of sandwiches. I ordered The Smoke House which is a cold sandwich with smoked turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, mustard and mayo. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star review is because my sandwich was a bit too saucy for me and so was my husband's, and the total was a bit high. I can easily ask for less mayo and mustard next time. For two sandwiches, two sodas, and one bag of chips the total was $32.21. I thought that was a bit high but with inflation a lot of things are high in price now. Overall I enjoyed visiting Oak Market & Deli. Your deli was very impressive, I’ve managed three delis in the last 30 years, Molsberry’s in Santa Rosa, Oliver’s in Santa Rosa & Hardester’s in Middletown. My fiancée and I ordered sandwiches and salads from your deli and they were amazing, very impressive. They were made to order the employee read back the order to me first of all and that there is a plus. When I went to pick them up the employee was very assertive and polite. When we got ready to eat them they way they were assembled was amazing the meat was on both sides of the bread to keep the condiments from making the bread soggy, which another great technique, great job.
