Art Explorers, Inc — Attraction in Fort Bragg

is there an option to give 10 stars??!? :-) I was up in Fort Bragg for a fun little get away, i work with kiddos and it's ski week so I got the week off, i was already excited to just be out and about...but wait it gets better. I see this store front "Art Explorers" it looked super cute, but i wasn't entirely sure what it was, so i googled it and oh boy was i excited, unfortunately they were closed (we got into town after closing hours) so i let it be known to my bf i would be requiring a trip into town to go to this art studio, I usually try not to be a demanding gf but....i just had to this time ;-).

The next day I made it into Art Explorers and it BLEW MY MIND, even just typing this makes me smile because this place is AMAZING the ladies who work there are FANTASTIC advocates (sorry their names escape me now) for their artists...it was beautiful! They have a mix of art for sale in various mediums way too much to choose from, I could spend days in there just taking it all in. I made my way deeper into the studio and was greeted by 2 super rad artists Frank and Jerry! Jerry was working on a pastel portrait of one of the lovely ladies there and Frank was drawing the cheerios bee. Eventually Frank and Jerry gave me a tour of the studio....I ended up with some of Frank and Jerry's art, genuinely because they were absolutely amazing pieces! Also Frank does comissioned pet portraits so of course I pre-paid for one of those, though I may be ordering more because most of the people i know are crazy dog people :-) I had to stop in again on our way out of town, and was instantly greeted with kindness and warmth.... This place is amazing, and I sincerely cannot wait to return and to find a picture of my dog that Frank will be making a lino of.

if you're not sure you want to stop here, do yourself a favor and stop here. You will meet some amazing artists and end up with a smile that makes...
