I came here to try the Chilaquiles based on everyone’s reviews. What also intrigued me were the beans. Being Mexican with a mom who’s nearly 70 and has been making home made beans since she was 20, I’m really picky with refried beans with taste and consistency. The way they looked in pictures lead me to believe they’d be yummy. They ended up tasting just like my mom’s. Also the prices were very reasonable. My husband got a big burrito.

Fantastic! Authentic Mexican breakfasts great coffee and attentive service. We had 3 different breakfasts and the chilaquiles were the best. My eggs, over medium, were perfectly cooked, the bacon was crisp, the way I like it. The chorizo and eggs were delicious too! Highly recommend, will be back tomorrow morning. Picture of empty plates because it was so good we didn't think to stop eating and take pictures.

Their green chilaquiles have ruined my life! Okay...okay they have ruined ever other chilaquile for me because they were freakin' AMAZING!!! The salsa was the perfect marriage of spicy and salty. The chilaquiles were not the only lonelies on the plate, NO! It was accompanied by it's best friends Eggs How You Like It and Frijoles Negros. Los tres juntos were like magic in my mouth. I live no where near Fort Bragg, but I would drive the many hours back through rain, snow, mountains, and fog to eat these chilaquiles again and I have been tempted to do so.

Oh and the crepes were...

I was honestly expecting more from this place. The food wasn’t that great, and unfortunately, my kids didn’t enjoy it either—they told me a 3 out of 5 would be fair, and I agree. The utensils we were given were dirty, and I had to ask to have them changed. No one apologized or even acknowledged the issue. While the lady who served us was kind, no one ever came by to ask if everything was okay during our meal. I think a 3 is a fair rating, and I hope they take these details seriously and work on...
