Computer Rescue — Local services in Fort Bragg

I own my own business and have just one laptop at the moment. When it refused to boot up I was desperate to find someone knowledgeable, reliable, and local, with a quick turn around time, to repair my computer. I took my laptop to Jason on Friday, and he worked on the weekend to make sure my computer was back to me Monday morning. He saved my files, reinstalled my operating system and I had him put in an SSD drive as well. He cleaned the fans in my laptop, which were apparently choked in dog hair. He communicates clearly, takes my financial and usage priorities into account, is up to date on all the things I don't want to be up to date on, and makes suggestions clearly. I cannot say enough great things about Jason. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, affordable and wonderful to work with. He was able to pull files from both my and my husband's damaged hard drives and unlocked the password on my Windows 10 PC. While he worked on it he recommended a hardware swap which would make the system faster for a very reasonable cost. And he completed the work in just two days!
