Wow. Just wow. So went into order 2 subway clubs. The manager asked which sub I said the original sub, the OG the one that been on the menu since I was 8! After noticing she was making the all American club that is newly added to the menu... I told her it was the wrong club. She threw a fit, told me that is not what I told her and pushed my sandwiches out of the way and continues to tell me I'm wrong and what I "didn't say" and hollers to another employee doing something completely different and says someone needs to come finish this sandwich because I cant deal with ignorance!! I said wow I can't believe that this is such a big deal over a sandwich, she proceeded to hide in the back and make fun of me. The other worker that came to help was nothing but nice and apologized for her behavior and I said I'm not one to call the manager but I have to with this one.... She is the manager!! Apparently there is another one (Brooke) but she also does nothing about this behavior! I will be calling repeatedly to Corp to complain about this. I can't believe people treat people like this and get away with it, not just customers! Employees no longer want to be here! You don't deserve to be a manager if you can't handle...
Read moreThis is one of the few Subways that will not substitute one meat for another. I went to this Subway location several months ago when they were offering $6 Foot Long ( actually 11 in ) Subs. I really like the old Chicken Pizzaiola sub which is basically like the Chicken Bacon Ranch, but instead of Bacon ... use Pepperoni and instead of Ranch use Marinara sauce. Went one weekend and the male behind the counter did it the first time with no issue. He actually told me he had another customer they did the same thing for. Went back a week or so later ... same guy behind the counter, but this time refused to do it. Wanted to charge $1 extra for the pepperoni even though I was substituting one meat for another. I told him he did it for me just a week or so ago and he flat out LIED ... told me he never did that. I told him keep the sandwich they had already made ... I left and never went back. I do not tolerate when people who are supposed to be providing "customer service" flat out lie. Needless to say, I do Not spend my $$$ at that Subway. It's not like I am asking for something they don't have avail behind the counter and I'm only asking to substitute one...
Read moreI went to eat in this resataurant and they were so slow. This is not the worst part of my experience. The worst part is that the cashier charged me for two sandwiches while I only had one. When I went to the hotel, I noticed what happens and went back the next day to complain and hopefully get a refund for the sandwich I paid for and I never had. I talked to the cashier and explained what happend the night before. She called another women who told me she can do nothing about it. Finally, she called the owner of the store and told him the situation. I was chocked with his response . He told her that there is no way he can prove what I said, and the only thing he will do is refund half the price of the sandwich, he want me to be charged for a sandwich that I never had. I want to tel the owner of this restaurant, this is not the way you treat you customers. I won’t come back and lie to you for $8. Bad...
