Took a 2019 blazer to get an alignment. Advised company we were going to order tires and did not want them. They stated they could get us a deal on tires. They also stated they noticed there had been a strut replaced. They quoted $76 for the alignment. They had called after job was finished and said the final bill was $177.00. Once we asked why the bill changed. They stated they had to you "special bolts" (camber bolts) also stated when strut was replaced they had said someone has changed things on drivers side as well which has not been done. So instead of calling and explaining why they were changing parts before approval. They decided to do it anyways and think that it was properly fine on changing a bill without advising what has been done. After everything was said and done we had them reinstall what they had removed which through the alignment off worse than what it went in at. Then we had taken the car to Shelton and Grey Cars in Muskogee. They aligned the vehicle without replacing bolts that did not need to be changed.
