A Flower Can — Local services in Fort Gibson

I have been here 2 times. The first time they were so kind and helpful. Because of this I went back. My dad passed away and I asked could they make an arrangement and sent the picture. They said no problem. If I can add the pictures I will. It looked nothing like what I ordered. I was very upset. I spoke to the owner who began to tell me she lost money on this and I was interrupting her daughters game and also custom orders are all sales final. I wanted to have flowers sent and since I live a few hours away I called this florist. The flowers were delivered after lunch and all seemed well. However, what I found out later was that they tried an earlier delivery and the flowers looked so bad that the receptionist refused to accept them and sent them back to be replaced. The end result was fine and my girlfriend was happy with them but this place gets 2 stars for trying to pull this stunt...

Absolutely impressed with their customer service and how they go above and beyond.
