Do NOT go see Susan Miller. If I was writing this solely on her and not the whole clinic, it would be one star. She does not support medicine in any way. We have been back a couple times now for antidepressant refills (pills that he has been on for years), and the first time we were told he just needs to exercise more. A therapists office had upped the mg of one medicine and she refused to write him a new one for the new amount, claiming she wasn’t sure he wouldn’t overdose. After asking if there was no way she could raise the mg to match what he had been taking and knew he needed to take—she simply told us we should go back to the therapists office for refills. This was AFTER she was told that he could no longer get in contact with their office and that was the sole reason we were even there seeing her today. The receptionists and nurses don’t seem surprised at all whenever we’ve told them that we don’t want to see her again. Everyone else is fantastic, but if you actually want to be taken care of I would not recommend “Doctor”...
Read moreIf I could rate this clinic with less than 1 star, I would. The only reason this clinic even has patients is because of the providers that work there. The staff is absolutely and utterly unprofessional. The clinic manager, Shelly, will run this business into the ground in her own unorganized and chaotic manner and that’s only the beginning. Forget it if you need a referral as she doesn’t send them out and when asked, she says “they just take a while” when in fact, it had been over a month of me calling over and over just to find out she lied to me repeatedly and never sent it. The front desk staff is appallingly rude and the wait is always over an hour and then another hour to two hours once you get into a room. The providers also share these same concerns audibly with patients due to Shelly and the other staff failing their patients resulting in inadequate patient care. Save your time. If you care about your health, go to someone who will also care to help you, because I promise you that this...
Read moreI switched my primary care doctor to Vanessa Dicus, after four years of complete sickness. When I described my symptoms to Vanessa, she immediately started researching, drew labs and went above and beyond. When she received my lab results that evening, she personally called me at 9 PM to advise going to my local ER. After switching all of my care over to her, for the first time in four years, I am back on track to live a full healthy life. I feel like myself a little more every day and I know this would not have been possible without Vanessa's knowledge and dedication to her patients. The attention to detail and researching every single minute lab draw saved my life. I will forever be thankful for Vanessa and will definitely be one of her patients, no matter how far the drive is, for the remainder of her practice...
