Subway — Restaurant in Fort Gibson

June 28, 2021: Went through drive through to place an order and the guy working opened the window, leans on it and just stares at me. He just kept sitting there not saying a word. Finally my passenger just decided to order and once he took the order, again without saying a word he slammed the window.

A female then opened the window with the exact same attitude and just starts handing bags, no smile, no words and slammed the window so hard it shot back open. She came back and proceeded to keep doing it until we mentioned positing a bad review. Suddenly her attitude changed.

They either get good employees and under pay and over work then or get that type which should never be in customer service to begin with.

Remodel started sometime last year and nothing has changed inside. Still bare walls and ripped out wood trim.

The place is always dirty too.

Those 5 star reviews are a joke. Everyone in town knows this place is not staffed with joyful people and a clean environment.

Went to subway to get two sandwiches specifically told the lady I did not want Mayo on the turkey sandwhich, I get all the way home open up my sandwich and there is Mayo EVERYWHERE in between the meat on the cheese the bread is was on everything there was no scraping it off so I go back to town again and the lady tried to act like she didn’t know what I was talking about before finally telling me that they don’t even have any more of the herb and cheese bread so I ended up with a sandwhich that was still bland and not what I wanted and had to waste 30 minutes of my life running and up and down the highway because these people do not know how to take an order and make a sandwich apparently, I will...

My son had to file a report so while waiting on the officer to arrive I decided to walk and stretch my legs. It was hot sitting in the car. When the officer showed up my son asked if I would Go in and get him a sub. Apparently I bothered the little girl who was making my sons sub so bad that I had walked around the building and then came in and didn't no their prices and specials. She made it a point to run outside and tell the officer that I was acting strange WHILE I WAS STILL WAITING FOR THE DANG SUB. I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE EMBARRASSED.
