I was a customer until about two months ago. I always got my nails done by Margaret—she is very nice and kind. I was always pleased with the way she did my nails.

The last time I was there, Margaret did my nails again, but two days later, they started to chip. This had happened a few times in the past, but I never complained. The ladies who work there always told me that if something went wrong with my nails, I could come back and they would fix it with no problem. So I did.

That’s when the nightmare began. The owner told me to sit down and said she would fix them. I had a small cut on my index finger that hadn’t fully healed, and I told her to be careful. She wasn’t. She was extremely rough with my hands, and when she got to that finger, it started to bleed. I pulled my hand away out of reflex, and she had the audacity to ask me why I was bleeding. Then she sighed and rolled her eyes.

I let her finish, then I left—and I haven’t gone back since. It’s sad that this place has such a rude and unprofessional owner. Please stay away or at least never get your nails done...

Honestly, the only reason I'm giving this place three stores is because of my spa pedicure, this lovely young Spanish woman did a wonderful job, I did a milk, honey spa pedicure, and the callus remover was amazing along with the 15 minute massage. The negative part is the actual owner herself, I've never seen such disgusting customer service, and greeting at the door. The woman did not even bother to ask me what I wanted instead she told me that everyone is doing a press gel, which is no problem, but then she proceeded to tell me that I needed extensions. Meanwhile, my nails are super long, she was very nasty with her attitude and very aggressive. You need a class on how to speak to customers. It's not only about how you do someone's nails it's how you speak to them, so nonetheless, I did not continue to get my nails done there after my pedicure. Stay away unless you want to be treated...
