So I started coming to I love lash two years ago. I’ve brought them about 20 customers/ referrals. Never received a thing for a referral mind you. I want to say around mid last year I started to have issues with the quality of work. They told me if I wanted the “volume look” to increase the lash amount so I went from 80 pieces to 100 to 120 and to start doing a “D curl”. So from December on I started getting “120 pieces in D curl”. The pandemic happened I gave my lashes a break. I happened to go to someone else and today was my first time back. Unfortunately Grace quit. I wonder why... so I had a new technician today. I specifically told Julie (the owner) I wanted a volume look. As per their Instagram and the photos they advertise on their wall at the shop I wanted the Volume set. I didn’t care if it would be more. Anyways she insisted we do 100 pieces and d curl and that if need be I could add more to get the volume look. Low and behold I didn’t like how they came out. I asked if we could add more lashes the lash technician who did my lashes straight up refused to add more lashes even though I was paying for it! I was so disappointed that I left and came back and still they offered me nothing!!! I will never be back and I will certainly stop referring people to this place! I’ve worked in customer service for a long time and I always try and accommodate the clients especially if they are unhappy. If I could post the photos I would but basically it looks like I already need a refill. I have some gaps and the right eye has less lashes than the left eye. I also would post a photo of what they advertise on their social media that I requested. Looks NOTHING like the photo!!!
This is a response to the owners response: If the thickness was different and I specifically said I wanted a volume look before you event touched my eyes or before I laid down for the appointment then you should have advised me to get a new set instead of trying to insist I do the 100 pieces knowing it wasn’t going to turn out how I expected it. Extremely unprofessional and I never received a referral. I’ve always paid the full amount if I could screenshot my bank statement for those dates I would but for some reason they don’t let you post photos here. I wonder why... I could actually show people the difference and prove I never got a discount for referrals. For a client to have come to the salon for so many years and leave so dissatisfied is sad. Read moreI am writing this review in tears(( I did not sleep for last two days because of eyelashes they did! I felt the glue in my eyes. Eyelashes felt very low quality and not soft at all. I liked woman there so I decided that I will give them another chance to fix damage they did. I called them to make an appointment to remove eyelashes which I did a day ago and put new one. When I came to my appointment two technicians were busy. I was waiting about 15 min. Then one of the technician told me that it will be an hour wait??? WHAT? That's how they treat people when they damage your eyes? I explained her nicely that my eye is hurt and I really need her to remove them, because it's HURT!!!! Then she started to remove them. So I expected she would do my new set. She said I have to wait. I understood that and try not to bother her a lot. But then on other client came and she said that her wait is 15 minutes... I was shocked. how they can treat someone like that!! After that I just left. Now I have my eye ingested, very red and hurts a Hell!!!! Plus I waisted 2 days. I totally damage my natural eyelashes. Read moreHorrible horrible horrible first i have to say that as soon as i got home my lashes were already falling out. The tech that did my lashes did a horrible job. Up to a point where when i got home out of “80” lashes” i think i only had 30 left, ( i dont think they used 80 lashes). On the other hand they try to obligate you to pay a ridiculous gratuity fee instead of waiting for customers to rate and tip their job accordingly. I spend so much money in there with my daughter that i really regret going to this place they sold me a pair of earrings “non allergic” and guess what they already change colors and could no longer wear them. Bough the shampoo and the serum also bad quality im sorry but i was expecting more from this place. After i gave them my feed back they offer a 15% off.
