Colonial Crossings — Local services in Fort Myers

Went inside Philly Junction to place a To Go order for 4 sandwiches. No one wore masks, including the host but she was super nice. The only "special request" I asked on the order was that there would no onions on one particular sandwich. Unfortunately there was so many raw onions on that particular sandwich, that it stunk up the entire car all the way home;we had to roll the the windows down. When the "no onions please" sandwich was unrolled, so so many onions spilled out. Sandwich tasted like onions & ham. It'd be nice if that's what was ordered...

Dominating the corner of Colonial Blvd and Summerlin Road, this shopping center is anchroed by the Publix Supermarket. Other occupants include Jersey Mike's McDonald's, Iberia Bank, a liquor store and others.

There are entrances from both roads and there are breaks in the median from the opposite sides of both roads as well. The shopping center is open and the landscaping is not high. The structures are in very good condition.

It's odd to review a shopping center, but I suppose it is just the sum of its parts. This plaza features an always excellent Publix, very convenient UPS store where Amazon returns are accepted, and perhaps best of all the wonderful Philly Junction. This is a good one-stop destination for groceries, alcohol, and lunch. My best advice is to skip the chain sandwiches and enjoy an authentic cheese steak at Philly Junction. Parking is ample but the plaza is very busy...
