Food is good. Customer service is horrible. Went in. Asked the lady up front how her day was. She said "What Do You Want?". I asked her again a few times. Told her that I just want your day to go well. I was going to walk out,but a friend of mine told me over the phone that it was just a language barrier. So I went in and bought Shrimp with garlic sauce with white rice. I asked later to get a spring roll. Spring rolls usually come in two. So I asked if I get one or two for $1.40? She did not tell me. She kept on saying One, Two, or Three? I said two. She said $3. I know the math was off. It was supposed to be around $2.93 but I let it slide. She put the spring rolls in the oil. Then she sat down and started putting egg noodles in packages. One of the packages of noodles fell on the ground. She did not pick it up. The lady continued to package her noodles. I waited a few minutes. I called her. She ignored me. I called her about 7 times. She did not turn her head. The cook at the back heard me and came up to me. I asked if that was my food. He said yes. He got my spring rolls out of the oil and packaged my food. I told him thank you. He said What? I said thank you. He said okay. I said here is a tip. I hoped to change his perspective on things. First he declined. Then he changed his mind after I asked a second time. He said thanks. I asked for two duck sauces and he gave them to me. He was friendly to me until I left. The lady continued to package her noodles. Didn't turn to me even as I left. Not sure what is up with that lady. Not sure what happened in her life but I hope she heals from it. I sense darkness in her. Hurt people hurt people. Hopefully she recovers. I ate the food. I don't feel right. I'm sweating right now. I feel funny. I give a one star because of the customer service from the lady. The lady did not get my food out of the oil and did not package my food. She also dropped some noodles on the floor and did not throw them out. She just left them on the floor. Somehow the business is still open. I don't care if they close down. But if they stay open, I hope that lady gets rid...
Read moreI wish I could rate this with 0 stars!! I just moved to Fort Myers and I was happy I found this Chinese restaurant near my house and we went with my husband and my son to try it out, first of all the woman that takes your order I’m guessing is the owner because on the order slip she calls her self “boss” well anyway, I ordered the orange chicken and my husband the spare ribs we were going to eat there and we told her and she put everything to go anyway.. we didn’t care and we still dine in! And that was the best decision we took because as we were eating there was hair in my husbands rice!! So politely we took the food to her and told her there was hair on the rice and that we would like another plate of food, she didn’t say anything because she was on the phone during the whole visit but she took the plate! After 30 min or more of waiting I see her packing another order so I approach to her and ask her if our food was ready, she said that wasn’t her hair so she was not giving us another plate of food, so I told her well my hair is blond so it can’t be mine!! And the hair was underneath the rice and it was her hair!! So I told her to give us another plate of food or the money back! So she flipped out and started yelling at me saying that she wouldn’t give the money back and if I wanted the food I had to pay for it again!!! Oh my God I am so frustrated because we lost our money and our food... I stood there for 20 min trying to tell her that it was wrong! Even the guy at the kitchen told her to give us another plate of food and she also yelled at him!! Horrible experience, please if you don’t want to be treated like a piece of poop...
Read moreBeen to this restaurant with my wife multiple times now and I think it’s good time to leave a review.
I’m born and raised in China so I know what good Chinese food tastes. I can tell you this place serves you GOOD Chinese food. Even though it’s “Americanized” you can still taste “home” in the dishes. And that means a lot to us. So if you want good Chinese food, this is 100% the place to go.
The original owner retired and the new owners are young, friendly and always have the smile on their face. That being said I never run into the issue that other reviews mentioned.
Another most important thing I think people should consider is - their kids and themselves would also eat the same food served here. That means it’s clean, delicious and safe.
I’ve moved to states for 15 years and I’ve been to many Chinese restaurants, this is the second one that makes me want to leave a good review to support - the least thing I can do. (The other one is way far North in Michigan)
I recommend Orange chicken(yes you can find real citrus peel in the dish lol), Mongolian beef, boneless ribs, crab Rangoon and their...
