It is particularly beautiful on Friday night when Sue Hamer teaches yoga at 6 pm. Sue is a richly trained, highly experienced yogi and energy worker. She is extremely knowledgeable and practiced. In her soothing New Zealand accent, she offers a unique class of breathwork, a rigorous and challenging but balanced Asana practice with ample time for meditation.
