Publix Pharmacy at Colonial Crossings — Local services in Fort Myers

I have been going to this Publix pharmacy for almost 10 yrs and I feel like part of the family! Kristen and Laura, the pharmacist, are always very nice and helpful if I have questions. Tracy the pharmacy tech is simply Amazing, she is a special lady and I love seeing her when I go there. She sees me and grabs my scripts without asking my name. She also knows I'm a "couponer" and makes sure my coupons are attached to my script. I have moved away from the area a couple times and still drive over there bc I know everything will be correct and I love seeing everyone when I go there. I shop at this grocery store often, and as a result I walk by the pharmacy almost weekly. I rarely get prescriptions here, unless it is an emergency.

This pharmacy has a really bad culture. They seem to hate their customers, and they don’t mind being vocal about it. I hear them saying passive aggressive and sometimes outright aggressive things to and about customers regularly. Everyone hears them.
