I recently had the pleasure of visiting Philly Junction in Fort Myers, and let me tell you, their cheesesteak is a true culinary masterpiece! From the moment I walked in, the friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff made me feel right at home.
Now, onto the star of the show – the cheesesteak. It was love at first bite! The perfect combination of succulent, thinly sliced steak, melted cheese, sautéed onions and a fresh, warm roll left me in absolute awe. The flavors were incredibly well-balanced, with just the right amount of seasoning to enhance the overall taste without overwhelming the palate.
What impressed me the most about Philly Junction was their commitment to quality ingredients. The steak was tender and cooked to perfection, and the cheese was ooey-gooey goodness. The attention to detail was evident in each bite, making it clear that the folks at Philly Junction take immense pride in their craft.
Not only was the cheesesteak a delight for my taste buds, but the portion size was also generous, ensuring I left with a satisfied stomach. The menu at Philly Junction offers a variety of mouthwatering options, Reuben’s, Italian subs, but the cheesesteak is a must-try for any food enthusiast.
The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a delicious meal with friends or family. The staff's friendly and attentive nature added an extra touch of warmth to the overall experience.
If you find yourself in Fort Myers craving a cheesesteak that will transport you straight to Philadelphia, look no further than Philly Junction. Their dedication to delivering a top-notch culinary experience, combined with their friendly service, makes this place an absolute gem.

Read moreI am from the Philly area. I was told about this place from a local. I went inside and almost immediately you could smell the heavy Grease and warm bread coming from the kitchen. I ordered the full-size cheesesteak with fried onions, with french fries and Pennsylvania Dutch Birch Beer can a can, what's the server brought a glass filled with ice. Approximately 10 minutes later the food came out. It was served in a plastic basket which was covered in Grease. It was not and appealing looking meal, however anybody from the Philly area knows that cheesesteaks are greasy. And that they are the best when you're eating them and the grease is running down your forearm towards your elbow. I ate the entire thing along with the fries. If they had servers that could speak with a Philly accent, I would have thought I was back home. The ambiance could be a little better however the food is so worth the trip, that I actually ordered one to go. I highly recommend Philly Junction, though the only thing that would have made it more realistic if there had been a man out front with a shopping cart selling soft pretzels at 5 for a dollar, and another guy a little further down with a shopping cart selling flowers. This place is awesome and the price for my meal for everything was around $15 which is actually cheaper than being back home in Philly. I recommend everyone go here and try it out the owner was very friendly and laughed at us because we had gotten Goosebumps as we were leaving because the food...
Read morePhilly Junction 10-3-25 I have eaten here many times when the old owners were there, but I had to give it a try since the new owners took over to see if they still had great Cheese Steaks. After 166 reviews in this area and being one of Yelps top 3 reviewers I encounter a weird problem. It was not the food per say but someone that worked there. Let me explain I ordered a Cheese Steak and Fries. My wife ordered a Ham Sub. She asked our waitress if she could get Swiss Cheese because American does not set well with her as it will make her ill. Waitress said Yes, no problem. When our food came out my Cheese Steak was very good as was the Fries. My wife’s Ham Sub had American Cheese on it which she removed right away and told our waitress about it. She said she was sorry and would go and get Swiss for her, but my wife said no. We paid our bill and wrote on the receipt ATTENTION TO DETAIL. We were outside the business finishing up their review video when an employee from this place came outside and started yelling didn’t, she tell you she would replace your Cheese? I ask her what’s your name 3 times, but she would not tell us. My wife stated yes, she did but it’s our right to write on the receipt. The employee then stated didn’t you ever have a bad day and stormed back inside the building. I thought what a shame as their food was not that bad, but this ruined the total experience. I give this place 1 star. ⭐ Follow Me On FB For More Reviews &...
