I've been wanting to check the store out for a few days now, finally make it up here to go look. Soon as I get to the doors already have two hanging flowers I found outside attached to my buggy, I'm in the clothes section with my friend looking, it's just a few minutes after 8 when I hear a voice say ma'am we're closed, we closed at 8. My friend politely responds I'm sorry on the website it says 9, I'll finish getting this shirt and head to checkout. The employee then rudely says well it's 5 minutes after 8 so therefore we're closed 5 minutes ago and just walks off. As someone that has been in the customer service industry on both sides for around 14 years now, not only did that I find this very rude and very unprofessional , I found it very uncalled for and unnecessary. While I understand a lot of businesses are closing earlier due to the corona issue, I can respect that. I love shopping for good deals and I especially love new stores to browse, but this one experience changed my mind completely on this new adventure. Your company should consider a class not only on common courtesy but maybe also on things to do when your store is closed, like lock the doors or have an employee there to let customers know or maybe even just update your times. Just my thoughts but either way with an employee as rude and out of the way as that, who needs...
Read moreThis place reminds me of the old Hills, Or Zayre store my mom use to shop at every Saturday. I buy pants here for $5 each, and they have underwear and shapeware for only $5! Usually that cost $25 elsewhere! We have a lot of ladies in our church that go into hospital, and the large loungewear shirts for only $3 are a perfect gift for them. They have Name brand along with house brand cleaning and bath supplies. Not a large selection, but they have the basics. Super friendly...
Read moreAt first I thought this was a nice store .. A lady working there was so helpful to me.. Then she moved to the Dalton Store. Since then every time I visit , there are 3-4 employees sitting outside smoking. If you can address an employee , they are not helpful and at times rude. The cashiers are slower than Christmas. I'd suggest hiring more attentive , friendlier , and harder working staff if you want this store to succeed in this location! I'm very...
