All I needed was a referral that was it ..over the weekend went to ER with chest pain, like someone was squeezing my heart in there hands ,the pain feels like it's worse on the lower right side, constant, and hasn't stopped sinxe since it started, a x-ray was as done, around my heart it looked like it was glowing but more testing had to be done the last time I was having issues with percardtist and blood pressure was evaluated 157/108 at one point during the night,but heart rate was dropping down to 47,and was even running a slight fever,I feel exhausted, and just want to sleep the pain is worse how ever when I'm laying down so sleeping seating up is so hard, I've been taking ibuprofen 600 over counter every 4 hours or the pain gets so bad I'm crying..from it ,I was given a paper referral to see a heart doctor but because a referral wasn't sent in they couldn't even let me make a appointment,my next step was calling and getting an appointment online for a physician and cardiologist and both advised me to fellow up with a clinic that takes my insurance this is how I came into your office once I did come in for my appointment from yesterday weight blood pressure and that's all , and was advised to go back to er again, so I did they basically brushed me off because they couldn't find me in there system..I need more test ran a MRI or cat scan is the testing needed please before this gets so bad my children are laying me to rest..I want nothing from anyone but someone to please find out what's going on with my heart..if its not my percardtist and its not gotten into a acute percardtist attack, fine then i definitely need to know what's wrong with my heart or why I'm having so much none stop pressure and pain especially around the lower bottom right side of my...
Read moreI usually receive top notch care from them. Today I did not. I walked out and told Alex Ronin that he is a quack. I reported him to the corporate office and don't feel a single bit bad about it. I'm going back in the morning to get the referrals needed to continue my care with a different provider. I use Physicians Care for my PCP because Dr Meadows was very good to me twenty five years ago when I was very sick. Mary Frances in Cleveland has been very good to me as well. I wish they were all that good. Huge thanks to the corporate office for calling me quickly and listening to my concerns. I'm amending my review and if something changes I'll update later. I went to the office today because my employer extended a medical leave last month after being unable to accommodate restrictions from the provider I saw in January at this location. Taylor was unable to release me to return to work and there's confusion as to which specialist is supposed to release me. I have been using Physicians Care for my PCP for a few years and I have been happy with the care that Taylor and Mary Frances have provided me. I feel as if my conditions require a different provider or level of care than your company can provide, I should have been notified months ago. After speaking with company Disability reps they told me that I was correct in the thinking that since the the team at your company filled out the paperwork for me to be off work that they should be the ones that fill out the paperwork to allow me to return to work. Read moreThis is the second time my experience with this office has been horrible, the first time I blew it off as just a fluke because it was busy. But this time I could not blow it off, my husband went today for a rapid covid test, he scheduled his appointment online and went about 10 minutes before his scheduled time. First red flag is he was told the test would not be covered by insurance, that is wrong not only is this facility in network with our insurance plan but our coverage does cover the rapid testing. My husband was then Offered the option to pay cash for the test, he asked if after the claim was filed if he would have trouble getting his money back since it would be covered at 100%of the contract rate. The lady responds that they would not file it with insurance so no refund would be given.... Which is not ok, they have a contract with our insurance company but won't file a claim for the test....? Also I should add less then a week before this my son also on my insurance was tested with the rapid test at the same provider was paid 100% of the contacted rate... So all of this and my husband is feeling horrible and not feeling up for the fight because this lady was being rude and refusing to call the insurance to confirm what he was trying her. I normal don't complain or leave reviews but this is unacceptable service, especially dealing with people who are Already sick I absolutely do not recommend this place of service, I highly suggest avoiding this...
